The first time I stayed was 2003 I have stayed every year since and I will be staying in the Haven again please God. There is no more to say really it's great and thanks everyone for looking after us. See you all next year.

I stayed at the Haven the last week of January and first week of February 2011. The staff were great with having my room made up. Daily laundry service was a big help as I was travelling light. The Haven is the perfect place to stay if you plan on golfing. Food was excellent and the golf was great. Thank you for a great visit and I will see you on my next trip to Pattaya.

Highly recommended restaurant with superb national and international courses. Friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Us in September / October, the rooms and facilities of the hotel made a very positive impression.

My 1st time at The Haven in June 2010, but it wont be my last. Spent a week there after staying with a group at Sunshine Gardens North Pattaya. The Haven is close to all the action, nice pool and good food. The free WIFI was great in the room and in the bar. Easy to just sit there with a beer or a cup of Tea and keep abreast of you emails and going's on around the world. The staff are great and very trustworthy, I left my laptop phone camera just lying around with money and nothing was lost. Steve is a real gentleman as are the blokes I played with, Organised the golf and transport. Good rooms and a good price. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit and hoping we drop into Ban Chang on the way home from Emerald.

I haven’t stayed at The Haven as I have my own condo in Pattaya. But I am a regular customer at their restaurant which I highly recommend. Whether it be western food, Thai food or even Mexican food you won't be disappointed. The staff is so nice I'd go there even if I didn't like the food. It's a very friendly atmosphere; they really make you feel right at home.
One of the best ways to judge an establishment is by their customers, are they all first timers or are there many repeat customers. I've been eating there for years and many of the people that I meet there are repeat customers, both in the restaurant and as hotel guests. Many of the hotel guests have been coming there for years and when they leave they make reservations for their next trip. I think that is the best recommendation that you will find anywhere.
As I mentioned I've never stayed at The Haven but I did get to tour the rooms just as they were completing the renovations and I must say they did a very nice job, the rooms are beautiful. It wasn't just a paint job; the rooms were completely renovated to a very high level.
So give it a try next time you visit Pattaya, you won't be disappointed.

Last year they upgraded all the TV's to wall mounted Flat Panels. Since my last stay in October/09, they have completely remodeled all the rooms with new furniture and fresh paint everywhere. New black-out curtains help to insure a comfortable sleep. I love the pool where I swim daily. 5 minutes walk brings you to Pattaya Beach and Beach Road. Soi 13 is convenient to transportation and entertainment venues. Staff are very efficient and friendly. The restaurant is one of the best in town. Many locals are regulars for the Thai and Western Menus. I delightful surprise is the Mexican food. Authentic and delicious. Golfers are catered to. I'll be back.

A must see, and then you will stay at this excellent small and very friendly hotel managed by the owners who live on site.
Set in the center of Pattaya it is amazingly quite without any noisy bars in earshot although all night life is in easy walking distance as is Walking Street, the main entertainment hub.
The restaurant is always busy with many regular locals and tourists from the other hotels in the street, and offers a complete range of foods from every corner of the world with a special emphasis on sea food at very reasonable prices.
I will certainly be returning to the Haven as soon as possible.Very nice, quite and clean pool.
Great, personal and friendly service.
Great food and inexpensive.
No extra charges.

I stayed here a couple of times about three years ago and it was OK. I decided to give it another shot on my way through Pattaya for 2 nights recently but was very, very disappointed. The rooms are now long overdue for refurbishment. But that wasn't the main issue. The staff was downright rude...not just unhelpful but completely non-responsive. Like Zombies...no matter how hard I tried to be friendly and engage them. Never again! There are many other good hotels around this price point in Pattaya.

to be home but I think I am happier in Thailand. I feel very at home
staying at your place you have a great staff there and everyone went
out of their way to see to our needs. Tink and the cleaning staff took
very good care of us and the food was great as always .. I look forward

This hotel is very well located. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are big and very clean. This little hotel also have a pool. The restaurant is very convenient too and they have very good homemade pastries.
The boss is a golf player and he is very talkative...
It is located only a few meters away the beach. It is a very nice place to stay...

Just a quick note to thank you and your staff for a very pleasant stay at The Haven.
The staff were efficient and friendly as always and the food was the excellent standard we all now associate with The Haven.
My only regret was that I did not get to play any golf with the Haven crowd. I shall not be making that mistake again.

Just a quick note to say thanks again for our excellent time at the Haven. As we experienced during our July stay, the atmosphere at the Haven is second to none.
The bigger hotels are “clinical” and do not offer the opportunity to get to know nearly all of the guests!

Over the last week Mr Kerr and myself had a fabulous time staying at your hotel. We could not fault any part of the service provided to us by your staff, in particular the following:
Waitresses/Service Area staff ....Pen, Pet and all others (names I can not remember at the moment) for their excellent hospitality and we were always served with a smile.
Room/Laundry Staff...Ting and her co-workers were excellent with their friendliness, patience etc
Also compliments to your chefs for their great meals.
We will certainly be recommending your hotel to any of our friends who holiday in Pattaya.
Once again, a big thank you to all your staff for their excellent hospitality and service.
We look forward to seeing you all in October when we come back to Pattaya.

Just a short note which I have been planning to send for some time.
Thanks very much for making me so welcome in your golf section when I joined with my friend Jim Brown. You really have the best organised golf section in Thailand by far, no doubt down to all your hard work and efforts.
I also wanted to apologise for only staying at your hotel for one night. The room was as well appointed as you could find, but the claustrophobic effect, and especially the aircon in my face at the end of a bronchial virus made it necessary to look elsewhere, although I would have changed rooms had you had any others available. You have a very nice establishment there, and I can only apologise for the above reasons.

I was a guest at your hotel for 11 days this month. I had a very nice time
and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool
was wonderful, always clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and
efficient. The restaurant served very good Thai, European and Mexican food.
Important too was the value for money. On my next visit I will be sure to
stay with you again. (Attached is a picture of your pool which I really
enjoyed.)

I have been to Pattaya on five previous occasions and have never stayed in a better more friendly place.
If I am ever lucky enough to return to Pattaya i would not dream of staying anywhere else.
